I’m an analytics-driven military leader transitioning into roles in data analytics, technical project management, and operations research. Across my naval career, I’ve led high-stakes teams, built decision-support dashboards, managed complex technical programs, and developed AI-enabled readiness analytics for senior Navy leaders. My experience sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and leadership—turning fragmented information into actionable insight that improves decision-making, readiness, and execution.A Surface Warfare Officer commissioned through the United States Naval Academy, I have served in leadership roles across multiple warships, from Electrical Officer aboard a mine countermeasures ship to Department Head positions spanning weapons, combat systems, and plans and tactics aboard Aegis cruisers and guided-missile destroyers. In each role, I used analytics and structured problem-solving to solve operational challenges, improve processes, manage risk, and drive mission performance in dynamic, resource-constrained environments.I later deepened that foundation through graduate study in Operations Research / Data Science at the Naval Postgraduate School. My classified master’s thesis, An Analysis of Critical Factors Influencing AN/SPY-6 Wideband Discrimination, earned both the Surface Navy Association Award for Excellence in Surface Warfare Research and the Military Operations Research Society Stephen A. Tisdale Graduate Research Award. That work strengthened my ability to apply statistical analysis, modeling, and structured problem-solving to technically complex, mission-relevant challenges.Most recently, I’ve focused on building analytics capabilities for senior Navy leadership, including decision-support dashboards, compliance-tracking tools, and AI-assisted maintenance and readiness analyses. I’m especially interested in roles where I can combine analytics, cross-functional leadership, technical program management, and stakeholder engagement to help organizations make better decisions, manage complex initiatives, and translate technical complexity into operational value.I bring a combination of leadership under pressure, technical credibility, analytical training, and execution discipline—and I’m ready to apply that experience to data-driven roles across industry, defense, and technology-focused organizations.
