I am driven to be a constant learner. My passion is in wildlife conservation, research, and education, although I have spent the last 9 years working for Lamb Weston in a number of roles and have found it rewarding. Most recently, I became Production Manager at Columbia Basin Blends batter plant.    Directs and supervises plant personnel and provides direction in operations area to produce the best quality product possible, at the least cost standards. Coordinates the availability of raw materials; ensures the functioning of production machinery is adequate to meet production demands. Develops, trains and schedules necessary personnel to meet all production demands.
