I build people infrastructure that can actually keep up with growth.I have been the implementation lead for global people transformation projects for CEO-sponsored corporate retitling and job architecture programmes covering circa employees across the US, EMEA, APAC and India. That means getting the hard things done at scale:* Aligning job architecture, salary bands and benefits* Delivering HR system, payroll and reporting changes with multiple vendors* Managing contract repapering and regulatory risk across jurisdictions* And keeping executives and employees with us through clear, honest change communication.Before that, I was Strategic Business Manager / CAO to the Head of International People Team, accountable for People delivery across EMEA, APAC and LATAM with an $11.4m budget and a geographically distributed team. I delivered $2.6m in headcount savings, transitioned colleagues to a new operating model, automated processes and rebuilt People MI so leaders could see real people risk and capacity, not just headcount.Earlier roles in regulatory change and business management (GDPR, SMCR, Brexit readiness, €50m cash recovery) mean I’m comfortable where regulation, risk, data and people intersect. I’m also a British Army Veteran, recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List, and Global Co-Chair of BNY\'s Veterans network – so I care deeply about culture, inclusion and performance, not just process.What I do best is help organisations move from fragmented, manual and opaque to scalable, automated and insight-led – without losing the human element.
