He is currently a Principal Spec Writer, Specification Solutions at Deltek where he reviews products for badging in Specpoint, administers grandfathered Product MasterSpecs, and will be maintaining existing and writing new AIA MasterSpec base sections. He is a 30+ year professional member and Fellow of CSI (The Construction Specifications Institute,) a 30+ year professional member of the American Institute of Architects, and a 25+ year member of SCIP (Specification Consultants in Independent Practice,) Secretary of the Northeast Region CSI, a Member of AIA Vermont COTE, and lifetime member of VGBN (Vermont Green Building Network – A Chapter of USGBC).
