About Jonathan M. Diaz
I’m the Co-Founder, President and COO of Bugle Systems, Inc- a talent management platform for small-to-medium size organizations to align, empower, and develop their people to reach maximum potential while driving organizational performance. We achieve this by implementing a software guided process that facilitates a continuous feedback loop to provide employees constructive insights into their performance while painting a clear picture of the workforce for the organization. Our software removes the administrative burden of traditional processes through our proprietary Micro-Engagements, which are the data collecting building blocks that form the foundation for people analytics. People are my passion, and filling the role of coach, teacher, or mentor has always been a natural fit for me. Throughout my career, I have taken a deep interest in organizational design and development. My philosophy is simple: find the right people for your team, communicate the vision and strategy, and empower them to execute while getting out of their way. My formula for success in my career has been to be a servant leader who invests in his people and reduce the white noise to allow them to focus on what really matters. Prior to starting Bugle Systems, I served eight years as a US Army Engineer Officer filling positions in operations, logistics, and administration. After leaving the service, I was fortunate to work in the security and pharmaceutical industries with jobs in account management, client services, product management, and business intelligence. I hold a MBA from North Carolina State University (Go Wolf Pack!) and a BA in Political Science from Fresno State (Go ‘Dogs!).
