In this role, I lead a team of talented and dedicated scientists and associates who work on developing innovative and safe tissue products and technologies.Some of my responsibilities include- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating research and development staff to ensure their professional growth and performance- Managing and prioritizing research projects to meet the organizational goals and timelines- Overseeing and supporting the design, execution, and analysis of research experiments and ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations- Identifying and protecting intellectual property arising from research activities and preparing documents for filing and patenting- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the latest advances in biomedical science related to allograft tissue and applying them to product development and improvement- Collaborating with internal and external partners such as academia, industry, and physicians to foster innovation and knowledge exchange- Preparing and presenting research reports, manuscripts, grant applications, and scientific presentations to communicate research findings and achievements to various audiences- Assisting in budget development and monitoring of research expenses.I am passionate about advancing the field of tissue engineering and contributing to the improvement of human health and quality of life through research and development.
