ABOUT JONATHAN LEVIN

Senior strategy and customer experience leader specializing in P&C Insurance. I have over a decade of leadership experience between Farmers Insurance and Liberty Mutual, where I’ve driven strategic initiatives, enhanced customer and agent experience, and led high-performing teams. With both an MBA and an engineering background, I excel at solving complex problems and using data to inform impactful business decisions. My expertise spans strategy, research, analytics, and experience design, and I have successfully managed C-level stakeholder relationships, influencing key decisions. I\'m a builder and a fixer, whether it’s creating new teams, scaling new revenue sources, implementing technology solutions, or transforming business models. I\'m also passionate about teaching, having taught storyboarding and deck-building classes internally and guest-lectured on design thinking at Boston University Questrom. This spills over into my servant leadership style, where I\'m hyper-focused on development and growth. I\'m proud that I\'ve never lost a direct report to an external company, and have had consecutive years of department-high eNPS scores. Currently, I’m wrapping up a planned sabbatical, volunteering at animal shelters across Southeast Asia. I\'m in the process of planning my return home and am eager to leverage my experience and expertise in my next role. While most of my experience has been in the insurance industry, I\'m open to exploring other industries where my transferrable skills would be a good fit. I\'m also open geographically, including roles outside of the US. I’m excited to connect with like-minded professionals and explore senior-level opportunities where I can make a significant impact.
