Through its 650+ retail outlets and staff, the LCBO is able to consistently provide substantial dividends to the province which goes towards funding schools, hospitals and other critical community services.Key achievements: 1. Authored a completely new Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Policy and Standard. Created a comprehensive enterprise wide risk taxonomy and related definitions.3. Established a new management level risk governance structure involving both senior leaders and the Executive team. Redeveloped enterprise wide risk rating scales for evaluating likelihood and impact of risks.5. Routinely presented at the Board level, Audit and Risk Committee including a 2 hour training session on Enterprise Risk Management.
