Responsible for Hair Club\'s design, construction and facilities related initiatives for its 100 locations across the United States and Canada totaling over sq. ft. This includes new center construction, acquisition of new locations, renovations and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Major Responsibilities: • Project Management of new construction, expansions, renovations and maintenance projects. Works directly with contractors, service providers and vendors • Collaborates with the real estate and facilities team on determining the best options for new site selection, lease renewals, remodels and center upgrades • Works with designers/architect/engineers to ensure all Hair Club’s standards and build out specifications are met • Collaborates with Senior Management on space planning to ensure maximum efficiency of Real Estate space is achieved
