Jonathan is a real estate development executive and Professional Engineer with demonstrated leadership, management and organizational abilities. He is experienced in the acquisition, financing, development and sale of large real estate assets up to $2 billion. In 2019, Jonathan was named one of Edmonton’s “Top 40 Under 40” by Avenue Magazine, and received the Green Building Pioneer Award, honourable mention.Throughout his career, Jonathan has been actively involved in industry associations, such as the Urban Development Institute and the Canadian Home Builders Association, participating on committees such as Government Relations, Member Relations, Planning and Transportation and the St. Albert regional committee.
