I design and lead research to help institutions understand how they actually function—and where they can reform most effectively.For 15+ years, I\'ve led research initiatives examining how institutional incentive structures, governance mechanisms, and administrative constraints shape outcomes. I\'ve directed multi-state policy analysis, managed federal programs, and translated complex findings into strategic briefs for senior leadership and policymakers.Most recently, I led research that produced \"The Paid Jailer,\" examining institutional mechanisms in criminal justice systems and their effects on government capacity.I\'m drawn to problems at the intersection of analysis and execution: designing research that withstands scrutiny while remaining implementable in practice. Currently seeking full-time research and program leadership roles focused on institutional effectiveness and government capacity.
