About Jonathan Dacosta

In my recent role as a government relations intern at L3Harris Technologies, I supported the company\'s advocacy and outreach efforts to federal, state, and local policymakers and stakeholders. I conducted research and analysis on various policy issues, such as defense, aerospace, and technology, and prepared briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences. I also monitored and tracked relevant regulatory legislation, and identified opportunities and challenges for the company\'s strategic objectives. I have obtained a Master\'s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where I developed my skills in public policy and data analysis. I have a bachelor\'s degree in International Relations from Boston University, with a focus on foreign policy and security studies. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have gained diverse and valuable experience in working with different levels of government, from local to federal. I have contributed to various policy projects and initiatives, such as clean energy, immigration, regional transit, and economic development, and have demonstrated my ability to produce high-quality and impactful policy outputs. I am passionate about finding innovative and effective solutions to complex and pressing policy challenges in both the public and private sectors.
