The best IFAs I\'ve met are not struggling because they lack ability. They\'re struggling because nobody ever built them a proper back office.I\'ve spent years watching good businesses get slowed down by the same thing. Not competition. Not even a lack of demand. But their own back office & operations infrastructure. Before. I worked across automotive & hospitality, whilst dabbling with some tasty property deals.
