With over 20 years of experience in international trade, I am a seasoned CW1 administrator and product owner at TOC Logistics. I have a deep knowledge of the industry and the technology, and I enjoy finding the best solutions for complex challenges and delivering value to our customers and partners.As the sole owner and administrator of CW1, a freight forwarding SAAS application, I service more than 100 users across 3 countries and manage multiple projects and integrations. Some of my recent achievements include implementing ocean freight messaging, setting up a US customs bonded warehouse, and completing a full security rights review. I also have expertise in Edi Enterprise, warehouse management, brokerage, training, and supply chain management. I am passionate about problem solving, program management, customer implementation, and international freight forwarding.
