My field of expertise is product analytics, where I use data to understand user behavior, optimize product features, and generate insights for decision making. I am currently a Staff Data Scientist at Zapier, a leading online automation platform that connects over apps and enables users to create workflows without coding.At Zapier, I work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver data-driven solutions for various product initiatives. I use Looker, a powerful data analytics software, to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for product development and improvement. I also use Python to perform advanced data analysis and machine learning tasks, such as segmentation, clustering, and prediction.
