Manage 40 personnel and lead execution of engineering and maintenance functions to ensure preventative upkeep of all equipment. Manage production maintenance, facilities and refrigeration maintenance (PSM – Ammonia and Freon systems), parts, engineering and fabrication teams. Minimize downtime, optimize production capacity, improve reliability, and develop staff in accordance with all environmental, OSHA, PSM, GMP and governmental regulations. Implement RCA’s to identify and eliminate downtime via RCA’s and implement changes to improve KPIs. • Decreased downtime to less than 1%. • Lead multiple engineering and maintenance projects with values of up to $2 million. The last major project (reset line to different sized products and packaging equipment) was completed 2 ½ weeks early and hit production goals in 3 days. • Partner with production, FSQ and EHS teams to modify equipment and layout to enhance workflow and resolve safety concerns. • Implemented Maintenance training, and technician development processes
