   Recognized by my CTO as a highly versatile and adaptable resource, often referred to as his IT \"Swiss Army Knife\". I served as the IT leader for Metlife\'s Cary, NC Development Campus build which was owed to my proven track record of effectively building and leading diverse teams in Fortune 50 companies across multiple domains, including IT infrastructure, IT security, AWS, and Azure Cloud, Software Engineering, IT Performance Engineering, IT Production Synthetic Monitoring, and Quality Engineering organizations.* Led a significant restructuring of the QA/QE organization, transitioning from a waterfall model to an agile model staffed by System Development Engineers in Test (SDET).* I reduced the IT Security Defect Backlog from over defects to less than 30 by creating the MetLife Global Security Test organization. As a result, I was recognized by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) which led to being offered a leadership position within IT Security with direct reporting to the CISO.* Reduced production performance issues from 25+ per year to less than 2 by requiring my performance test organization\'s sign-off on all releases before deployment.* I delivered an annual $500k in savings by creating a Global Resiliency Testing organization. Upskilled QA Engineers to coordinate testing.* I created an estimated $250K in annual savings by consolidating Performance Test Script Development and Synthetic Monitoring Script Development into a single team.* Saved an average of $250K annually by establishing the Global Performance Engineering organization, a comprehensive organization that covered all aspects of performance design and testing. Focused team on taking an end-to-end systems perspective to provide informed recommendations. This approach involved evaluating the entire system, from beginning to end, to gain a comprehensive understanding of its operation and interdependencies.
