Attorney Jonathan Franklin defends people accused of serious felony and misdemeanor crimes, including DUI, drug charges, white collar crimes, domestic violence, and others.After graduating from Florida\'s oldest law school, Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, Mr. Franklin joined the Orange County State Attorney’s office in Orlando. As an Assistant State Attorney, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases. He relocated to Southern California in 1993, where he worked for Spelling Television, Inc, Dick Clark Productions, Inc, and in private practice.When deciding to start his own practice, Mr. Franklin was determined to create a law firm that was dedicated to helping clients face and overcome difficult legal problems while providing them with the personal service they deserve. Thus, the Law Offices of Jonathan Franklin was created exclusively to handle DUI and criminal defense matters.Committed to the communities of the SoCal area, his firm is devoted to furthering the civic life of greater Los Angeles.
