With extensive experience in both public and charity sector leadership roles, I focus on collaboration, operational excellence, and strategic problem-solving, empowering organizations that serve vulnerable communities and transform lives.I understand what it feels like to be a leader in a small organization trying to a whole lot of good. Many plates need to be spun, but you don\'t have the capacity to spin them all as fast as you need to. I offer executive contract services, coming alongside you as a trusted friend and, most importantly, a doer. My goal isn\'t to tell you what to do, it\'s to co-create a vision for where your organization can get to, design the strategies and plans that will get you there, and then help you execute them.Not many with fundraising experience also have financial management skills. Not many with strategic thinking skills also know how to get things done at the program level. I can help you in any and all of these areas, focusing on what is going to elevate your mission as effectively as possible.At Samaritan Counseling Services, I lead efforts to secure resources for spiritually integrated counseling services, prioritizing relationship-building with major donors and expanding annual and campaign contributions to meet increasing community demand.As Executive Director at Healthy Teens, I spearheaded organizational growth, tripling both operational budgets and reserves and expanding programs into new communities. Healthy Teens was named Nonprofit at the Year at the Manatee Chamber of Commerce\'s Small Business Awards 2023.
