I am lucky, I am an accountant by training but I now manage the whole business. Our industry thrives on change and I am inspired by the people I work with on a daily basis.What I love to do is take on a project, tackle change or work with a team to drive a business forward. I have worked in owner managed companies, SMEs and large corporates across multiple industries (business services, outdoor fitness consumer goods, internet and technology), but all with a strong technology element. The common factor in my roles since entering industry has been managing change in fast paced environments. Change is a constant that we all face and I am excited to be working with others to increase revenue, reduce costs and ultimately increase the bottom line, which is what it is all about.Equally comfortable discussing high level strategy and delivering operational solutions. I love that I get to be involved with all areas of the business, customers and suppliers.
