About Jonathan Doll
With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, I am a data-driven leader who connects impact with effective changes that are sustainable. As the Chief of Assessment, Research, and Accountability at Grand Island Public Schools, I lead a district of students in accountability, research design, methodology, implementation, and evaluation of research and program evaluation. I spearheaded the creation of a K-12 Virtual School due to the pandemic, which educated over 1,500 students. I am also a keynote speaker and a published author, who co-designed and delivered a two-day training project in behavior interventions for students and systems that struggle. I have a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis on ESL, and I am a Harvard Strategic Data Project Fellow, both as a participant and a supervisor. I am passionate about using data, technology, and capacity trends to maximize awareness of change and fuel long-term organizational growth within the educational sector.
