As a lead UX designer in the Digital Experience Group, my main focus is on delivering the best experience for the customer. To do this I collaborate with our business units in improving existing products and in envisioning new and exciting ones. Through our Lean process, we discover, design, deliver and deploy user-validated products. I am also a core contributor to our Product Design System, and Marketing Design System.
