Over the past 23 years in Special Operations, I’ve learned that disciplined execution and bold creative thinking aren’t opposites, they’re force multipliers. The same mindset that drives success on complex missions now shapes how I lead organizations built on purpose, innovation, and trust.Upon joining the military, I was determined to pursue the most challenging missions in the most elite formations. My path was unconventional, professionally risky, and counter to the advice of some of my colleagues. I fielded a healthy amount of unexpected curve balls that forged my resiliency and gave me an equal balance of humility and confidence. I’ve spent my career leading high performing teams through uncertainty by modernizing systems, integrating emerging technologies, and driving change in some of the most complex environments imaginable. From artificial intelligence and cyber to autonomous systems and next generation defense technologies, I’ve seen firsthand how the right mix of people, purpose, and process can turn vision into measurable impact.At my core, I’m passionate about helping organizations scale and modernize, building systems that drive performance, strengthen culture, and create long term value. Whether leading enterprise transformation or bridging the gap between technology and mission, I focus on translating strategic ideas into operational reality.My leadership philosophy is simple: empower your people, underwrite honest mistakes, and stay relentlessly focused on outcomes that matter. I have developed a deep respect for those who enable the operator. Many times, the least glamorous roles were the most personally and professionally rewarding.
