I\'m a partner and the Corporate Practice Group Leader at Bailey Glasser, where I help my clients - individuals, corporations, and family businesses - navigate and close sophisticated corporate deals across many different industries including in natural resources, renewable energy, technology, and financial services sectors. During the COVID crisis, I served as a special advisor to West Virginia Governor Jim Justice on matters regarding the CARES Act and federal disaster recovery funding. Before I joined Bailey & Glasser, I was General Counsel to former West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin and was Manchin’s Chief of Staff upon his election to the U.S. Senate.
