   At Glacier, I enjoy the pleasure of working with a team that is focused on developing AI-driven products that supports the circular economy. We focus on commodity identification, analysis, and reclamation for our customers. Some of my favorite parts of working for Glacier have included- Collaborating and developing ideas with a team of individuals with like-minded goals in green tech- Communicating with a our customer base to develop an understanding of how they interact with our products - Lead our products through the development lifecycle; identify common trends and issues, return the information back to our engineering and development teams for analysis, review, and roadmap placement to improve future designs- Travel site to site to spearhead the resolution of complex and novel system issues, document solutions, and provide our customer with the information needed to mitigate further issues- Define maintenance intervals to prevent known failure modes and mitigate suspected or known systematic issues- Determine consumption rate and runtime costing of automated systems- Execute and document validation testing of robotic systems.
