Responsibilities include:• Managing the full end to end recruitment life cycle: Manage Partner and Senior hires to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience, ensure Return on Investment, manage offers and support onboarding and induction process• Building strong relationships with business leaders to identify current and future needs• Collating market and competitor intelligence in order to identify and engage with prospective candidates• Develop and Review the PSL for senior roles • Work with Senior Managers to help source candidates to deliver succession requirements and prevent skills gaps• Developing Weightmans Partner website • Develop core briefing material for Segment Heads and Sector leads and ROHS to engage with candidates in developing their sectors and locations • Provide expertise to the Recruiting Manager through the process • Supporting the firm in achieving key resourcing KPI’s • Utilising social media for advertising, developing employer brand, sourcing and reaching online communities• Provide management information to update Board and Directors in a consistent and timely manner• Responsible for managing the lateral recruitment budget and ensuring cost effective and efficient processes are in place• Looking externally in order to stay ahead of the curve in respect to recruitment trends including challenging the status quo and making recommendations that will lead to improved performance• Understanding of latest recruitment technologies, online job seeker behaviour, attraction platforms and digital influence
