I am a highly motivated, reliable and results orientated, Chartered Senior Construction Manager (MCIOB). In the past I have worked primarily for Tier 1 main contractors on high value commercial projects, within the construction, civil & infrastructure industries. I have worked for a developer, working with Tier 1 main contractors in a construction management role. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have advanced into a more senior role. Visiting various sites and identifying efficiencies in operations, advising on Health & Safety, CDM and improving program time. More recently I have taken on the role of senior project manager, working purely in a construction role. As project lead, I consider my management and leadership skills to be fair, calm, assertive and focused, to help my colleagues deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.With experience on new build, refurbishment, high risk operational buildings and lab fit out (technical infrastructure diversion) my most recent achievement is the delivery of a high value, high rise residential development.
