ABOUT JONATHAN COHN

Jonathan leads the 90 year-old Yarco family of companies, which provide award-winning real estate services for the multifamily housing industry. Yarco\'s nationally recognized management team operates apartment homes in 100 properties across 8 states, for Yarco\'s developed property holdings, and for 3rd party owners. Yarco\'s development team has successfully developed or re-positioned more than $1B in dozens of real estate investments, during the past 30 years alone. Yarco\'s construction affiliate, branded as 4Sight Group, has completed the on-time/on-budget construction or renovation of more than apartment units, and 1M square feet of commercial space. Under the leadership of Jonathan and his father, Yarco has quadrupled in size during the past 20 years, while earning honors such as one of Kansas City’s “Best Places to Work,\" the “Kansas City Business Ethics Award,” the “Missouri Governor’s Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing” (twice), and HUD’s “Property of the Year Award,” among many others. During this time Jonathan and his father resurrected a dormant to improve the quality of life for underprivileged people residing in affordable housing communities – they now deliver more than positive “Moments of Impact” annually to those in need.
