I am responsible for total resort revenue, encompassing Rooms, F&B, Spa, and misc revenue channels. I am able to exceed our goals due to the great team of people that serve at Ross Bridge. With their assistance, I create and oversee the execution of our transient, group, and contract channels. I direct and manage all the day-to-day activities related to sales and revenue for the resort. My focus is on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable our sales team to maximize revenue for the resort.
