Over the past two decades, I have served in leadership roles across financial services, pastoral ministry, and clinical mental health, often working with organizations and leaders navigating complexity, transition, and growth.My work centers on strengthening culture, developing leaders, and helping organizations move from insight to clear and sustainable execution. I currently serve as a strategist with Communio, where I partner with pastors and church leadership teams to interpret data, shape strategy, and support the development of healthy, engaged congregations. A significant part of my role includes advising and encouraging leaders as they navigate both the organizational and personal demands of leadership.Across each season, my focus has remained consistent: helping people and organizations move forward with clarity, alignment, and health.I value environments that take both people and execution seriously, where leadership is grounded, culture is intentional, and long term impact is prioritized.I am grateful for the work I get to do and the leaders I get to serve.
