Responsibilities listed include but are not limited to: Overall managing/ maintaining TMTT’s LMS System (Cornerstone & Docebo) Responsible for providing global training content & supporting all digital learning platforms for TMTT BU regions: Docebo, Cornerstone, Show Pad, SharePoint, Litmos Collaborate with both field sales team and external physician training teams to provide a best in class training experience for internal and external users Lead the Governance Council for all Business Units under Edwards Lifesciences: Continuing to be agile & produce commercialized L&D content & keep up with the latest Learning trends & enhancements Lead the Global Edwards Learning Network Council within TMTT: Lead the LMS movement within TMTT Business unit and be the SME for all digital platform related questions for upcoming product launches Content creation: Build SOP, Procedural manuals, guides, product specific material by partnering with SME’s and utilizing content creation software (Storyline, Rise, Camtasia?Word, PowerPoint) PLM Change approvals: Initiator/ Change Author/ Content Owner for Ignite PLM & Windchill PLM for both QMS and LMS Project Manager for PLM Approved marketing & professional education content: Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Marketing & other SME’s/ stakeholders to align/ receive feedback & approve material for marketing/field sales/ external physician facing training Utilize LMS tools to create regional landing pages, channels, playlist/profiles Utilize both LMS internal Reporting/custom reports & external reporting Partner with IT to improve on all LMS API/ xAPI connections & integration (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake)
