What determines \'\'engagement\'\' and \'\'happiness\'\', and is it realistic to expect to get these feelings at work? Throughout my professional journey, these are the questions I looked to answer. Short answer, yes, it is 100% realistic to expect these feelings at work. Although I\'ve completed two degrees in HR, my greatest learnings have come from working alongside HR professionals in the SaaS world for the past five years.
