ABOUT JONATHAN BRADDICK
I am the founder, chair, and manager of The Design Review Panel, a national service that provides independent, impartial, and multidisciplinary design advice to clients and stakeholders involved in major and significant built environment projects. With over ten years of experience in this role, I have helped developers add value to their end products, de-risk and speed up the planning process, and ensure the creation of better places and sustainable communities.As a RIBA chartered architect based near Exeter, Devon, I also specialise in bespoke, one-off sustainable residential design and construction, with over 15 years of experience in this field. I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality, low-energy, and cost-effective solutions for my clients, as well as contributing to the promotion and advocacy of the architectural profession as a past RIBA south west regional chairman and branch chair. My passion is to use my skills and expertise to create beautiful, functional, and resilient spaces that enhance the lives of the people who use them.
