Highlights of my impact include:* Strategic Communication Leadership: Developed and executed high-impact communication strategies, including editorial oversight and strategic direction for diverse high-profile projects. Manage a wide array of communication assets such as executive briefings, thought leadership efforts, impactful email campaigns, and persuasive marketing materials.* Strategic Communication Development: Enhanced the annual PERS Expo’s prominence, growing attendance from 2,500 in 2021 to over 6,800 in 2023. This event provided key educational insights on complex plan options and services, demonstrating a strong ability to distill complex financial information into easily understood resources for a wider audience.* Project management: Directed the comprehensive redesign of the PERS website, overseeing the update of thousands of pages and documents.
