Analyse large datasets and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate informed decision making. Key contributions - Designed and implemented supply chain metrics and performance dashboards including On Time In Full (OTIF), internal process lead times, third party logistic (3PL) performance scorecards and supply chain cost / working capital reports- Introduced global OTIF reporting into the business and led a cross-functional project team to deliver a 10% performance improvement within 6 months- Developed a raw material safety stock calculator to support the global implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)- Project manager for implementation of new labelling requirements for material manufactured at all European production facilities ensuring 100% compliance- Created a sophisticated model for a key material across the global production network to identify and recommend a strategy that ensured no stock-outs during a period of low inventory- Created a methodology to identify Slow Moving and Obsolete inventory, implemented a process to regularly review and action with Distribution, Commercial and Technical Services teams and transitioned the new process into the Sales & Operations Planning function.
