Some highlights include;• Increasing the CoC’s Permanent Supportive Housing portfolio utilization by 8%• Helped create the Resource Management System (RMS) to track all the permanent housing resources filled by the Coordinated Entry System (CES)• Guiding the housing inventory reconciliation and entry process that entered over supportive housing units and subsidies into the Resource Management System• Adding and training a team of skilled Document Specialist to the Project Roomkey portfolioI currently also serve as the Chair to the Planning Commission for the city of Huntington Park. In this role I work closely with the city council and their administrative staff, offering advice pertaining to the physical development of the city. In this role I help lead the recommendations, adoption, implementation, and periodical review of the General Plan. This role allows me to represent the community in a lead advisory body that determines the uses of property in the city and what form and shape the community will take in the future. Colleagues know me as highly creative, someone who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach to problems. I have a proven track record of event planning and execution in various fields.
