In this role, I have been a part-time instructor at the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) for several years, teaching the \"Foundations\" course, a 40-hour introductory class that is mandatory for all students. I lead dynamic virtual classes twice a week, each lasting 60 minutes, to foster an interactive and engaging learning environment.* Enhanced students\' understanding of ICF core competencies and their application in personal coaching practices.* Mentored students by providing constructive feedback to help them refine and advance their coaching abilities.* Guided students in conceptualizing essential coaching skills and structuring effective coaching conversations.* Delivered required content and facilitated thought-provoking discussions to deepen students\' insights.
