I’ve built my career at the intersection of public health, primary care, and operational strategy. After earning my Bachelor’s in Public Health, Epidemiology & Disease Control from UT San Antonio, I went on to complete my Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Georgetown University. That experience deepened my commitment to building healthcare systems that work better for patients and providers.Today, I’m proud to serve as Chief of Staff for the Provider Networks department at Aledade, supporting over 400 team members. I work closely with our Chief Performance Officer to lead strategic initiatives that power Aledade’s value-based care engine. Our department drives performance through two core pillars: a Performance team that sets the strategy and a Field team that brings it to life in practices nationwide.My background spans strategic planning, operations management, team building, and leadership—especially in high-impact, mission-driven environments. I’m passionate about building structures that help people do their best work and designing systems that scale.Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring National Parks, watching old seasons of Survivor, or seeing just how green I can get my lawn.
