I founded Atmosphere Brewery after searching for a non-alcoholic Pilsner that spoke to me and realizing it didn’t yet exist. Rather than compromise, I decided to build it—creating a premium non-alcoholic beer brand from the ground up and shaping not only a product, but the world around it, from brand and go-to-market strategy to the practical realities of international sourcing, logistics, regulation, distribution, and sales.It’s been humbling, challenging, and deeply rewarding work. When people ask whether I would do it all over again, the answer is an emphatic yes. Building Atmosphere has taken me to unexpected places, introduced me to remarkable people, and opened conversations I likely wouldn’t have had otherwise—all grounded in the simple pleasure of sharing a great non-alcoholic beer.Over the course of three decades, alongside and before founding Atmosphere, I’ve worked as a brand, marketing, and business transformation leader with a focus on using research, digital media, and emerging tools to help teams better understand their customers, their work, and the systems they operate within. I’m most effective when curiosity leads the process—when insight informs creative solutions that make complex products, technologies, and organizations more accessible and easier to engage with.These experiences have been fulfilling in their own right, allowing me to learn and grow through work across diverse professional environments including consumer goods, culture, software, life sciences, nonprofit, and global ad agencies, helping organizations navigate complexity toward practical, beneficial outcomes.
