Lead the Project through the pursuit as well as design/construction. US 11 Lake Pontchartrain Bascule Rehabilitation, Phase 2 -$28.4M Estimator for Mechanical/Electrical Rehabilitation scopes. 40th Ave Bridge Repair -$495k - St. Petersburg, FL Emergency repair and replacement of a deteriorated core slab span over Placido Bayou with an allowable 6 week schedule. The work was completed within 10 days.
