The past fifteen years, I have been honored to be part of this company, and I have been thrilled to observe my own growth through dedicating myself to this team. My prior role opened me up to sales as a career path, which effectively led me to this team. One of my achievements was being assigned a completely new territory zone, to grow it from scratch. With my skills, I outlined our sales targets, then proceeded to surpass that goal by 50%. Driving revenues comes naturally to me, through my understanding of our line of products and services, as well as knowing which customers most benefit from them.Through my time here, I have expanded my capabilities in order to bring more value to the team. Stepping into a larger strategic role meant I was entrusted with recruiting and onboarding new team members who fit with our culture and vision. My account management tactics have been proven to grow our portfolio, and I then teach these techniques to my team members. In this way, I promote their continual growth and career progression as well.My goal is to remain with this company and experience all the growth possible, perhaps through moving into different roles. From my inside knowledge of our organization, I possess a unique ability to serve our clients while also fulfilling our mission.
