I specialise in rural estates, dealing with property and related matters on behalf of a variety of clients, with more than 20 years of experience in rural estate management, including agricultural rent reviews, farm lettings, and strategic advice.I have been based at Savills Lincoln since 2007, specialising in rural estate management and associated professional work in connection with rural property, acting on behalf of a mix of Institutions, public sector organisations, corporate and private clients.I graduated from the University of Reading in with a degree in land management, before working for a national agent in Hertfordshire where I qualified as a chartered surveyor. I moved back to my roots in my native county of Lincolnshire in 2003, and I live in rural Lincolnshire with my family.Chartered Surveyor, RICS registered valuer, and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Committee member of the Lincolnshire Association of Agricultural Valuers 20••••17 and 2025.
