The People & Organizations (P&O) Business Partner plays a critical role in developing and deploying the enterprise and functional People & Organization (P&O) Strategy & Priorities. Including and not limited to driving functional strategic talent agenda, fostering a culture where all associates can thrive & driving the Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity agenda. The Business Partner develops and deploys functional People plans inclusive of talent, organizational development, culture and performance.
