As the Project and Business Development Director at JHCS, my proficiency in finance and start-ups and my career background, will enable me to enhance Sales & Operations at JHCS, a well-established company.Having accumulated more than 35 years of extensive expertise in both the banking, finance and vehicle industries, I am a highly experienced professional recognised for my strategic insight and ability to drive corporate innovation while bringing teams together to perform at their best. After successfully launching Vavoom Leasing as a business, I am currently starting a new role and business as the Project and Business Development Director at JH Cabling Services (JHCS) within the construction industry. My main goal as Project and Business Development Director is to improve efficiency, increase the value we offer, and streamline operational processes for JHCS. I lead efforts to optimise the process of generating quotes, enhance the precision and pace of pricing estimates, and enhance client involvement. In addition, my responsibilities include the creation, supervision, and updating of the newly launched corporate JHCS website following a full rebranding exercise, the installation of sophisticated sales management, tracking, and forecasting systems, whilst strategically planning routes for long-term growth. I am fully committed to enhancing the scaling, growth, and operational effectiveness of JHCS by actively pursuing opportunities for commercial development and consistently promoting innovation in all aspects of the organisation.
