I am an experienced State and Local Tax professional with an extensive history successfully minimizing state tax liabilities and exposures. I have successfully delivered SALT projects involving income/franchise tax, sales and use tax, real estate transfer tax, and individual income tax residency and domicile issues. Practice leader responsible for all aspects of project delivery from sales through billing, including project management and staff development, technical review of work product, managing client relationships, and ensuring profitable engagement delivery. Successfully delivered projects include state tax restructurings, voluntary disclosure agreements, state and local tax controversies and administrative appeals, amended return engagements, complex state tax compliance, ASC740 and ASC450 reviews, income/franchise and sales/use nexus studies, sales/use taxability studies, real estate transfer tax, statutory residency and domicile analysis and planning, and income/franchise and sales/use tax modeling and exposure computations. Invited continuing education lecturer for Strafford (a BARBRI Company) and the National Restaurant Association. Founding member of Provisor\'s LV2 Chapter.
