As a Management Trainee in Finance & Control at L’Oréal, I am participating in a 12-month rotational program with two 6-month assignments. In my first rotation, I support the Marketing Controlling team of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Division in the DACH region, based in Düsseldorf.My tasks focus on the monitoring and analysis of advertising and promotional expenses (A&P) within the P&L of our brands: La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy, and SkinCeuticals. This role allows me to work closely with marketing, sales, and controlling teams, gaining insights into strategic and operational decision-making in a dynamic environment.
