About Jonathan Weedman
I’m a health systems leader driven by the belief that equity is actionable, and health is shaped as much by where we live and work as by clinical interventions. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked to transform health plans and delivery systems to meet this reality — building the partnerships, strategies, and infrastructure to deliver better health outcomes and dignity across Medicaid and Medicare populations.
