ABOUT JONATHAN WEBBER

Public Policy Advocate | Coalition Builder | Strategic Organizer I’ve spent over 15 years in Florida policy and politics, working across the nonprofit, electoral, and legislative arenas. I’ve managed campaigns, built coalitions, shaped communications, and advocated in the Capitol. My focus has remained consistent: to advance policies that improve people’s lives. I believe in being present where the work happens. Not just in inboxes or Zoom rooms, but in person, on the ground, and at the table. Policy is not theoretical; it’s human, emotional, and the backbone of everyday life. Equal justice and fairness are my guiding principles. When working with lawmakers, organizers, and impacted communities, I bring a strategic mindset, honesty, and integrity. I am unafraid to pitch bold ideas, but I am seasoned enough to know that’s just the start. The real work lives in the edit: stress-testing, refining, and reshaping ideas until they hold up under scrutiny, are attainable, and serve the people they’re meant to help. I do my best work where clarity, creativity, and agility are essential. And when conditions shift—as they always do—I stay grounded in my mission and goals, open to change, and committed to getting it right.
