   EVER West Lafayette is a six-story, 449-bedroom luxury student housing community developed by Subtext Living, serving the students of Purdue University. EVER officially opened its doors to residents on August 12, 2025.As the Leasing and Marketing Team Lead, I oversee day-to-day office operations, leasing performance, marketing strategy, and community engagement. I lead a team of four part-time community interns and one full-time leasing professional, working collaboratively to ensure EVER West Lafayette stands out as the premier student living experience in the area.Key Responsibilities (August 2025 - Present)- Manage and mentor a team of five leasing and community staff, providing ongoing training and support to ensure exceptional performance- Drive leasing and renewal efforts, ensuring goals and deadlines are consistently met or exceeded- Develop, schedule, and review content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, TikTok) to maintain alignment with EVER’s brand identity- Lead strategic outreach initiatives at Purdue University and the greater Lafayette/West Lafayette area to build brand awareness and strengthen community ties- Plan and execute events for residents, prospective tenants, and staff to enhance engagement and foster community- Monitor and manage all reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) ensuring accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders- Champion a resident-first approach by ensuring our team delivers a top-tier living experience at every touchpoint.Before EVER officially opened, I played a key role in launching the property. My focus included: Building excitement among prospective residents and generating pre-leasing momentum. Collaborating on brand development and social media strategy to establish EVER’s identity. Organizing outreach events, promotional campaigns, and partnerships to introduce EVER to the Purdue and West Lafayette communities.
