I am an experienced Home Manager in the social care sector. I have extensive experience in service turnaround, supporting two services to ensure compliance following significant regulatory challenges, and ensuring that a further two regained compliance prior to inspection. I have also supported services through a peripatetic role and a regional management capacity. I am currently a Home Manager for We Care Group, managing a 146 bed multi-site home in West Yorkshire. I am a Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities and have attained qualifications in leadership and management. I achieve results through valuing each member of the care team, ensuring they are invested in the success of the service, whilst ensuring performance standards are met to the benefit of all working and living in the service.
